Jennifer Liniado

Jennifer Liniado advises companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business transactions. As a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities group, she guides clients through critical matters with precision, strategic clarity, and a disciplined approach to risk.

Her practice spans both high-level transactions and the underlying agreements that support them.  Jennifer represents clients across a broad range of transactional and contract matters, including M&A transactions, operating and shareholder agreements, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including technology-driven arrangements such as SaaS and licensing agreements. She translates sophisticated business objectives into precise, durable, carefully structured agreements that protect enterprise value, allocate risk thoughtfully, and support efficient execution.

Jennifer draws on her experience in complex litigation to inform her transactional practice.  Having handled sophisticated business disputes, she understands how agreements are interpreted, challenged, and enforced. She applies that insight to anticipate potential areas of conflict, reduce ambiguity, and strengthen contractual protections. This approach positions clients for successful closings and long-term durability.

In addition to her transactional work, Jennifer is actively engaged in select high-stakes and complex litigation across Georgia and Florida. This ongoing experience provides real time insight into dispute dynamics and further sharpens her approach to drafting and negotiation.

After taking time away from her career to raise her children, Jennifer commenced her full-time practice of law in 2021, and joined Continuum Legal Group LLP in the spring of 2026. Jennifer is licensed to practice in both Georgia and Florida, and is admitted to multiple federal courts nationwide.
