Lauren Jameson has experience representing landowners, developers, landlords, and tenants in the financing, acquisition, leasing, property management, and disposition of residential and commercial real estate. She’s worked closely with engineers, utility providers, contractors, neighboring landowners, and municipalities throughout the entitlement, development and construction processes, and she knows what it takes to see a real estate transaction through successfully, from start to finish.
Lauren started her career as a litigator, before working in-house at a Birmingham-based real estate development company, and then transitioning back to the role of outside counsel, advising clients at each stage of a deal. Having worked in-house and continuing to serve in that role on a part-time basis, Lauren knows how it feels to be a client and therefore has a client-minded, client-focused approach.
Lauren lives and practices law in Birmingham, where she was born and raised. She and her husband Peter have three young children and enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, seeing movies and concerts, and enjoying the outdoors with their beloved dog, Willie.
