For more than 20 years, Marilyn has counseled major corporations, industrial leaders in e-commerce, developers and landlords through a broad spectrum of real estate law matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, due diligence, leasing, property technology and property management. She has worked on transactions involving single-asset and large-portfolio office, industrial, retail, data center, telecommunications and restaurant properties. Marilyn also has unique experience helping real estate owners and tenants integrate cutting-edge technologies into their properties, including wired and wireless communications systems and public safety radio systems.
In addition, Marilyn has extensive experience in advising clients in condominium and common-interest community matters. Her practice ranges from assisting clients with creating condominiums and reviewing existing documents to ensure compliance with state requirements to advising them on enforcement and disputes involving condominiums and common-interest communities.
